About Children's Ministry

Grade 1-6
Every Sunday children are exposed to a variety of activities and experiences to strengthen their relationships with Jesus and each other. Sunday mornings start with breakfast in Construction Café, followed by high energy music and lessons with games, crafts, and story time. Kids have a designated "Construction Zone" with a choice of activities to keep them busy and promote fellowship with each other. Come check it out!

Children's Quizzing

Children's Bible Quizzing is a Bible study for children in 1st through 6th grade (age 6 through 12). It is important to help children know what the Bible says so they can demonstrate biblical teachings in real life situations.

  • This year’s study is on the book of Exodus.
  • Exodus details exactly how God kept His promise made to Abraham (Genesis 15) as He rescues the Israelites and brings them out of Egypt. The Lord chooses, guides, and mentors Moses to become His prophet and the human leader of the Israelite people.
  • Children participate in quiz meets to test what they’ve learned through a fun and competitive atmosphere.

We practice quizzing twice monthly on Sundays immediately following Celebration Serviceuntil 2:30pm. Lunch is provided.

Family Devotional

VERSE OF THE MONTH: "Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path" (Psalm 27:11)

Parents, we are so glad to continue to join with you in nurturing your child spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially, and mentally. You hold the unique position in your child's life as spiritual mentor. Your child looks to you for consistent guidelines of right and wrong. You are the day-to-day example of God's grace and justice in your child's life.

As your family continues through this school year, incorporate spiritual training into the schedule. The time invested in your families spiritual health is the best investment you will ever make. Watch this section for devotionals to share with your family. Thank you for allowing us to join with your family.
